About This Gig

Manual JDS Load calculations for your residential homes.

I have 21 years of experience in the USA HVAC industry, 14 of which I was performing load calculations and designing the systems I was installing.

I will provide a Duct design and Equipment selection based on a residential floor plan and/or architectural drawing using the ACCA-approved software "Wrightsoft". I'll base all Duct design based on best practices and the most recent mechanical code.

I will calculate each room's required CFM so that it's adequately conditioned. This will save the homeowner money on utility bills by ensuring the equipment is properly sized.

These calculations are required to obtain a Permit to start construction.

EXTRA SYSTEM/ZONES: First system/zone is included in the package's price. Any system/zone after that costs 50$ each. If you need more than two systems/zones, please contact me for a custom offer.
