Who am I?
I am a dedicated and compassionate Executive Function Coach who specializes in working with autistic and ADHD adults who are struggling with executive function. I understand the unique struggles and strengths that come with neurodivergence (autism, ADHD, and AuDHD) and will work with you to develop solutions to navigate executive functioning. I have a Master of Science in Psychiatric Nursing and over 16 years of experience.

Executive functions are cognitive skills that help us manage our lives effectively. Autistic adults and ADHD adults often face difficulties in areas such as planning, organization, and time management. As an Executive Function Coach, I focus on developing these essential skills to foster independence and success in daily life. I work with adults, families, and partners of those with autism and ADHD.
